Outside of Kings County, we charge 36 cents per mile. Events that require more than
100 miles will be negotiated along with hotel accomodations.
This is officially our 3rd year in business. Some of our disc jockeys
have up to 10 years of experience.
We have to protect ourselves in the case of other potential bookings. If a customer pays the
entire balance and then cancels within 30 days of the event, they will be reimbursed the entire balance minus the deposit.
Once the deposit has been paid, your date is guaranteed.
Yes. We have a wide selection of Cumbias, Merengue, Tex-Mex, Salsa, Reggaeton, Tejano,
and House. View our library if you get the opportunity..
We use CDs. DJ technology has expanded so much now that Vinyl and CDs are becoming
obsolete. Platinum Sounds is in the process of converting to MP3's using laptops. We are equipped with mixers to make scratching
and sound effects with CDs that sound like vinyl. Laptops will rule soon.
Overtime is always up to the disc jockey on site. Personally,
I charge the same rate as regular time which is usually $100 per hour. It also depends on what night of the week and
how late it is.
